Liberal Premier Robert Ghiz, 133,000 left out of his lottery
An accountant told me tonight “There are a lot of unhappy Liberals in PEI, unhappy because they weren’t invited to the $100,000 party like the 2,000 who got immigrant money.”
Immigrant Scam may have made a windfall for 2,000 Liberal inner circle members, but the rest of the Liberal Party is wondering tonight why they didn’t get in on the action.
“It’s like the Lottery, only the numbers are rigged,” he added.
He forgot that 133,000 Islanders didn’t get invited to participate in Immigrant Scam, just 2,000 of the select few.
Who couldn’t use $100,000 around the house? Pay a few bills, trade the old car, change the furnace, buy a wheelchair for pops. Would be great but only the select few Liberals got a chance.
That’s the democratic way: all for the rich and none for the poor.
